Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, I moved to Austin in 1994, and landed in Dallas three years later, so I consider myself an honorary Texan since I've spent half of my life here!
I love spending time with my family, am most at home in nature, camp often, practice yoga to keep my mind and body centered, and scuba dive for fun. I've always been interested in anything health and mindfulness oriented and love learning new things to incorporate into my work.
